Dee Vee Fabrics
Fabric orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order placement, subject to product availability. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation with tracking details.
DV Couture
The 24-hour dispatch timeline does not apply to DV Couture garments. After a DV Couture order is placed, our team will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm sizing, availability, customisation requirements and other relevant order details.
The expected dispatch timeline for the garment will be confirmed with the customer after these details have been finalised.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the availability of transport facilities in your area. While we strive to deliver within the estimated timeframe, please note:
- Urban and metro areas typically receive orders faster.
- Remote or rural areas may experience longer delivery times due to limited transport connectivity.
- Delivery timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed.
- DV Couture dispatch timelines may vary depending on sizing, customisation and garment availability and will be confirmed directly with the customer.
Delays Beyond Our Control
Once an order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by the courier. We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Transport disruptions or strikes
- Natural calamities or extreme weather conditions
- Public holidays or regional situations across India
- Courier-side operational delays
