Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

Dee Vee Fabrics

All fabric orders are final once placed. We do not accept cancellations, returns or refunds after an order has been confirmed.

An exception may be considered only if the fabric received has a genuine defect.

If you believe you have received defective fabric, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at deeveefabrics@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the defect
  • Clear photographs showing the issue

Approved defect claims may be resolved through a replacement or refund at our discretion.

Claims relating to damage caused after delivery, including improper handling, washing, cutting or use, will not be eligible.

DV Couture

After a DV Couture order is placed, our team will contact the customer within 24 hours to confirm sizing, availability, customisation requirements and the expected garment dispatch timeline. The customer may cancel by contacting the DV Couture team before the customer and our team confirm these order details. If cancelled before confirmation, payment for the garment will be refunded to the original payment method.

Once the customer and our team have confirmed the sizing and order details, garment preparation or customisation begins. From that point, the order cannot be cancelled or refunded for a change of mind. Genuine manufacturing defects or damage are handled under the “Damaged or Defective Couture Orders” section below.

If we cannot fulfil the garment or agree on its order details before confirmation, we will contact the customer to arrange cancellation and a refund.

Alterations

Alterations are available for DV Couture garments. Customers should contact the DV Couture team to discuss the required alteration, garment condition, sizing requirements and any applicable timelines or charges.

Because DV Couture garments may involve individual sizing and customisation, customers are encouraged to provide accurate measurements and confirm all sizing details with our team before fulfilment.

Damaged or Defective Couture Orders

If a DV Couture garment arrives with a genuine manufacturing defect or damage, please contact the DV Couture team as soon as possible with your order details and clear photographs of the issue. Our team will review the matter and discuss the appropriate resolution.

This does not constitute a general right to return or refund a DV Couture order.
